Thank you for choosing Blossom Flower Boutique! We are delighted to deliver fresh blooms and thoughtful gifts to your loved ones.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. For other Emirates or international deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timings

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE Time.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next day.
  • We deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location:

  • Dubai: Free Delivery on orders above AED 150; otherwise AED 20.
  • Sharjah & Ajman: AED 30 flat rate.
  • Abu Dhabi: AED 50 flat rate.

4. Delivery Process

Our team ensures that all orders are carefully prepared and dispatched on time. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS notification once your order is out for delivery.

5. Special Instructions

If you have any special delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, preferred delivery time), please mention them during checkout under "Order Notes". We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen events (traffic, weather, security restrictions) may cause delays. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and arrange an alternative delivery time if necessary.

7. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery location:

  • We will contact the recipient and/or sender.
  • If unsuccessful, the delivery will be rescheduled with an additional charge.
