Thank you for shopping with Blossom Flower Boutique. We take great pride in delivering fresh and beautiful flowers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item delivered was significantly different from the description.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately with clear pictures of the product received.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your complaint and it is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Alternatively, we can arrange for a replacement order or a store credit, as per your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Flowers or plants after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Customized arrangements unless defective or damaged.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a full refund due to product preparation.
